• Total service coverage now exceeds 7,800 applications from 2002 to 2025

Las Vegas, Nov. 4, 2025 – REDI-Sensor™ Multi-application TPMS Sensors now offer coverage for 196 applications for model year 2025 vehicles. These advanced TPMS sensors reduce inventory needs by replacing over 300 OE sensors with just four SKUs.

REDI-Sensor Multi-Application TPMS Sensors come pre-programmed from the factory and do not require sensor programming or cloning. This eliminates the possibility of programming errors, which are one of the most frustrating and time-consuming problems technicians may encounter when doing TPMS service. REDI-Sensor TPMS Sensors are designed to follow existing OE vehicle relearn procedures and are readily compatible with advanced TPMS features such as autolearning, pressure by position, and tire fill alert systems.

According to Peter Dobrowolski, Sr. Product Manager – TPMS for AUMOVIO, “REDI-Sensors make TPMS service faster, easier, and more profitable for shops, distributors, and retailers. If shops stock a few of each of the four REDI-Sensors, they’ll have coverage for the majority of vehicles that come in. That means they don’t need to put the vehicle on hold while waiting for a TPMS sensor part delivery, and drivers can get back on the road sooner. For auto parts retailers and distributors, four REDI-Sensor SKUs replace over 300 OE sensors, so they can substantially reduce the number of SKUs needed for full TPMS coverage.”
